“澳洲龙虾”的学名是Cheraxquadricarinatus。节肢动物属于岩龙虾属,澳洲龙虾属于稀有淡水经济虾类,体火红,爪金黄,肉质最为鲜美。
主产区大洋洲有六个特点:
